Our Return Policy

The Madame X Academy is a small, independent organization. Every item in our store is produced to order — made specifically for you when you place it. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or personal preference. We ask that you review sizing guides carefully before purchasing, and reach out if you have any questions before you buy. We are always happy to help you make the right choice.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will make it right — promptly and without question. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion.

We are a small organization that cares deeply about every person who supports our work. We will always do what's right. We just ask for your understanding that we are not able to operate as a traditional retailer — because we aren't one. We are something considerably more interesting.
